All our visiting opticians are fully qualified and are experienced in conducting eye tests at home, and we will do everything we can to make our visit as stress free as possible. 

First of all, we’ll take a few details just to make sure you are eligible for a free home eye test. Once all this information is completed, we will arrange a convenient a day and time to visit you

If you qualify for a free NHS sight test, you may be entitled to NHS-funded mobile services where the ophthalmic practitioner comes to visit you:

If you are unable to leave home unaccompanied because of physical or mental illness or disability.

If you are unable to leave the home unaccompanied because of physical or mental illness or disability.

Working with the care staff we can offer sight tests if you suffer from physical or mental illness or disability, or struggle communicating your health needs without assistance.

When we arrive we will ask you about your eyecare history, and as well as more details about the problems you have been having. We will also have our specially adapted equipment with us to then carry out the eye test.

We promise to deliver your new glasses within 14 days of our visit. If for some reason, it may take us a little longer, then we will be in touch to let you know.
